The ANKABUT network infrastructure is based on internationally recognized Gigabit Ethernet technology, such as Cisco Network devices. Our backup systems include backup server, cable, circuit breaker and online UPS, capable of backing up power to prevent any possible damage 24/7.
We use 3 international backbones and gateways, set on different networks to ensure the connection that will not be interrupted even if one network has a problem.

Remote Help desk Support:

ANKABUT provides third level help desk technical support including telephone and email with multilingual support services.

On-Site Support:

In case a problem could not be solved through remote assistance, Ankabut will send a team of its engineers to the site for on-site troubleshooting and repair in coordination with the POC of the site.

ANKABUT solutions to the requirements are the provision of dedicated Fiber/Wireless/Licensed band Microwave services to the customer end with multiple upstream routes sources from different countries and the network has redundant Internet bandwidth from Different routes with at least 70% of Backup on Microwave in case of full Fiber outage. Redundancy is provided by ANKABUT having additional redundant Fiber backbone from Kazakhstan, Pakistan Torkham, and Pakistan Chaman and Etisalat NON-AFTEL Microwave link to assure you that you still can access to the internet even there is Fiber cut on each side of the country. The system will automatically switch you to connect through available links from the other backup backbone.

Burst Speed on Demand increases internet speed at a time when there are many users trying to connect to the internet. During this time, the internet speed decreases and it may create inconveniences for users. You do not need to pay extra for increased speed, which saves costs and enables you to connect to the internet during those busy hours.
